Brenda Jean Webb, 70, longtime resident of Lima, passed away 2.05 a.m., July 25, 2017, at Lima Memorial Hospital. Brenda was born in Gregg County, Texas, November 24, 1946, to Sue M. Alexander McFarland and Charles Douglas McFarland. Both of her parents are deceased. She is survived by her husband, G. Carlton "Cart" Webb; her sons, Jason Blair White and Adrian Alexander White; two stepsons, Benjamin Carlton Webb and Brandon Anthony Webb; her daughters-in-law, Angelia Craddolph-White, Carrie Anne White, and Shana Webb; along with her five grandchildren, and her three brothers, Phillip Rodney McFarland, David Alexander McFarland, and James Michael McFarland.
She graduated from Cullman High School in 1964, and attended Harding College.
After moving to Lima in 1989, Brenda worked in Medical Records at Lima Memorial Hospital, and served as a Volunteer Coordinator. She also worked at several area nursing homes directing activities for residents, and was a mobile notary public for many years. She attended the Church of Christ.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Thursday, July 27 at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. The funeral will be 10:30 a.m., Friday at Auglaize County Church of Christ 15257 Blank Pike, Wapakoneta with Evangelist Ron McFarland officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Lima.
Memorials may be made to American Heart Association and National Kidney Foundation.
