Karen Sue Seigel age 57, of Wapakoneta passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Van Wert Hospice. She was born March 1, 1960 in Shelby County, Ohio to the late Karl Eugene Naseman and Rosalla Martha Steinke Naseman who survives in Botkins. She married Alvin Clifford Seigel April 16, 1982 and he preceded her in death November 5, 2013.
Karen had worked for Kyocera and had also been a self-employed cleaner. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, doing crafts and spending time with her grandchildren. She loved Christmas time and peacocks.
Additional survivors include sons: Jesse (Angela) Seigel of Wapak, Ashley Seigel of Lima, a daughter Mickie (Andy) Green of Wapak, 7 grandchildren: Autumn, Summer, Zane, Nautika, Auna Seigel and Zepha and Drew Green; siblings: Steve (Theresa) of Sidney, Tom (Kate) of New Knoxville, Urban (Barb) of Houston, Dave (Linda) of Anna and Nick (Angie) Naseman of Colorado Springs, CO, Karla (Carl) Doseck of Botkins and Kathy (Jim) Cooper of Columbus, sisters-in-law Martha Fisher and Mary Greene.
She was preceded in death by a brother Michael Naseman.
Private family services will be held. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Uniopolis Volunteer Fire Department
