Larry E. Boals age 79, of Lima passed away at 2:22 a.m., Wed. March 8, 2017 at St. Rita's Inpatient Hospice. He was born in Lima to the late John Elgin Boals and Mary Margaret Miller Boals. He married Roseann Ivan Nov. 11, 1999 and she survives him in Lima.
Larry was a member of the last graduating Class from Lima South High School and went on to study at Ohio Northern University obtaining a Bachelors degree and a Masters in Business Administration from Wright State University. The last 20 years he had been a self-employed entrepreneur with his own publishing company. He was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church.
Additional survivors include 2 sons: Craig (Gina Doctor-Boals) Boals of Chicago, IL, and Brian Boals of North Aurora, IL. a daughter Jayna (Steve) Zant of Aurora, IL 12 grandchildren: Jennifer, Megan, James, Bryce, Buster, Anthony, Nathan, Megan, Catilyn, Austin, Bryann and Brady.
Private family graveside service will be at a later date in Glenn Cemetery, Port Jefferson, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to St. Rita's Inpatient Hospice.
