Leland Joseph Hollar, age 65 of Lima, died at 3:54 a.m., Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at his residence. He was born September 2, 1952 in Lima, Ohio to Buddy and Margaret Wurm Hollar. Both parents survive in Lima. He married Audra who preceded him in death 2007.

Mr. Hollar retired from BP Chemical and was a member of the St. Joseph Church in Wapakoneta. He also had Audrey's Amish Goods and had previously worked at AVI Foods. His hobbies included fishing, hunting, and grilling out with his family.

Survivors also include a daughter - Regina Ann 'Sis' Hollar of Lima; Larry Lee (Lisa) Hollar of Van Buren; 5 grandchildren - Shaelyn, Maegan, Olivia, Kody Lee, Keaton; a great grandchild - Noah; 2 brothers - Kenny Hollar of Florida; and Jeff Hollar of Lima.

He was preceded in death by a brother - Dave Hollar.

Graveside services will begin 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima. Father Pat Sloneker will officiate. Military rites will be observed by V.F.W. Post 1275 of Lima.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to the funeral home.
