Love Emblem

Mildred Marie Floyd age 93, of Lima passed away 11:25 p.m., Saturday March 11 at Lima Manor Nursing Home. She was born Feb. 20, 1924 in Zanesville to the late Heston and Flora Lincicome Henry. She married Delbert Floyd and he preceded her in death Dec. 2000.
Marie had owned her own beauty salons in Zanesville, Cincinnati and Lakeview and a farm market in Kenton. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother and friend. She will be missed by all.
Survivors include a son: Bill (Linda) Harthun, Jr. of Lima, a daughter Stephanie (Jay) Begg of Lima, 2 granddaughters: Amber Wagner Prince and Brittney Lee; 8 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by siblings Carl, Patrick, Wilber, Gladys and Josephine and 2 grandsons:
Private family services will be held and burial will be in Buckland Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be given to any veterans organization. The family would like to thank the staff at Lima Manor for their kindness, care and compassion for Marie at the end.
